If I have a black and white wedding photo, how do I give the flower bouquet color?

I have seen materials to do this, as I am an artist. It seems in my "goin arounds", it was an art supply store or a craft store, such as Michael's, where I saw them. Try both, %26amp; if don't find anything , perhaps someone who works there will direct you to what you need. Have fun!

If I have a black and white wedding photo, how do I give the flower bouquet color?
here's some non-computer ways to do this:

1. use some nice color pencils like prismacolor to shade in the flowers.

2. use water colors to paint the flowers the desired color.

3. use photo pens or photo paint to color in the flowers. these are available through many photo stores. they are archival pigments that become a permanent part of the photo when applied.
Reply:If you want to try and tackle this yourself, Adobe Photoshop is definately your best bet in doing quality work like this. But, as it's a wedding picture, you might want a professional touch. Do a Google search for a "photo lab" in your area. I'm sure they can steer you to someone who can do the job for under $100.
Reply:USE PHOTOSHOP, IS THE EASY WAY, OR GIVE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL
Reply:the easiest way to do this is to probably

make 2 layers of the picture, put the color on the bottom and the b%26amp;w on top.

and then just use the eraser tool to erase away the b%26amp;w photo of the areas you want in color, that way the color from the bottom will show through.

i hope this helps
Reply:If you're talking about a print you have, there are coloring inks and pencils made for that purpose. It works and looks better on matte prints. But it is not easy to do right. So try your hand first on prints you don't care about.
