How do you define a Bouquet Hotel?

If you do mean "boutique hotel" then they do cater to a smaller crowd. Also, they tend to have what I'd call "posh" even Night Club-like decor in the rooms, lobby and the restaurant. Expect at least one swatch of velvet somewhere in the hotel experience, and it'll probably be purple. Lots of unique designs, luxury and artsy stuff.

Some popular Boutique Hotels are The W Hotels, The Standard, Kimpton Group and Loews.

Are you sure you don't mean a "boutique" hotel? A boutique hotel is usually a smaller hotel that is able to cater more to its guests; the ratio of personnel to guests allows for more individual attention to the guests.
