I have seen an item that is made with fake stems at the bottom and floral foam on the top that flowers could be inserted into to make bridal bouquets.
Where can I buy pre-stemmed bouquet holders?
Go to a craft store. If you have a michaels arts near by they are good. Some fabric stores like Joann's and Hancock have them also. look for arts and crafts store in your phone book, or floral supply stores.

Reply:I found them in the wedding department at Wal-Mart for about $10.00. Made a really beautiful bouquet and added that fresh flower touch.
